Willkommen / Welcome !! This studio loft sets the boundaries of creativity. It is part of a lovingly renovated, spacious loft apartment in Berlin Rummelsburg and impressed with this flair already many photographers, employees, workshop leaders and -participants.

The 60sqm large, up to 4.20m high room, a total of 140sqm of lofts (which also accommodates a sound / record studio) is rounded off with an additional 40sqm roof terrace, which is ideal to switch off briefly. (The two studios are spatially separated and soundproof).

On request, table and ceiling lamps can be moved, so (behind the table * see in the pictures) there appeared another white wall which, for example, can be used as another photo background. 18qm (6m * 3m).

(WC / shower, washbasin + mirror) building up the connection between the two studios and are also very beautifully built. These are used jointly.

The highlight of the studio is the 25 square meter hollow. (3m * 3m * 3m)
It is available in standard white color, but can also be painted individually (in consultation).

Walking distance (5 min) is the beautiful Weitlingskiez. There are several shopping possibilities, as well as Spätis, Sparkasse, restaurants and much more.

Another plus is the close walk to the Rummelsbucht (also reachable via Weitlingskiez). If you want to stop off in the lunch break, you can find a quiet spot right on the water in 10-12 minutes.

The OVP connection S-Nöldnerplatz (S5, S7, S75 runs every 3 min) offers a very fast connection to all parts of Berlin. 25 minutes from the main train station (via Alexanderplatz, Jannowitzbrücke, Ostbahnhof, Warschauer Straße). It is very close to Ostkreuz and the U5 is also nearby.

For coworking or those who would like to come more often, in the studio is a lockable storage with shelves for equipment.

Coworking, renting several days - Weekly or Monthly too. But has to be arranged separately with me.
