Situated in the ground floor, the space boasts its very beneficial floor plan, consisting of two interconnected spaces overlooking three sides of the street, including pedestrian “Mauerweg”, with its huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It has a lovely private terrace, which adds the charm to any event in any weather.
